Objective To analyze application of commonly used shoulder dystocia assisted delivery techniques combined with nursing for predictive shoulder dystocia.Methods The paper chose 65 pregnant women with possilbe shoulder dystocia,and divided them into two groups:one group was observation group(predictive nursing group),and the other group was control group(routine nursing group).Both groups had a high risk of shoulder dystocia,and patients with pregnancy complications and severe liver and kidney dysfunction were excluded.Nursing effect was compared.Results After comparing nursing,it was found that incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than control group,and nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was better than control group,with P<0.05,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Predictive nursing can significantly reduce dystocia rate and improve satisfaction degree of pregnant women with possible shoulder dystocia,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
