Application Value of Multi Section Continuous Ultrasound Combined with Serum Triple Biochemical Markers in Screening Fetal Malformations
Objective To explore application value of multi section continuous ultrasound combined with serum triple biochemical markers in screening fetal malformations. Methods The paper chose 60 mid pregnancy pregnant women with suspected fetal malformations treated with prenatal screening in Yangjiang High tech Industrial Development Zone Pinggang Town Central Health Center from January 2019 to December 2021 as study subjects.Negative and positive results, diagnostic effect, and examination results of ultrasound group, serum group, ultrasound combined with serum group were compared with gold standard of autopsy and pregnancy results after ultrasound examination and serum triple detection. Results Positive rate of ultrasound combined with serum group was higher than the other two groups, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of ultrasound combined with serum was higher than the other two groups, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Detection rate of gold standard was 60%(100.00%),and total detection rate of ultrasound combined with serum group was 95.00%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi section continuous ultrasound combined with serum triple biochemical markers screening can achieve relatively high accuracy for fetal malformations, which is suitable for wide promotion.
