Analysis Of Occupational Protection Against AIDS of Operating Room Nursing Staff In Shenzhen
Objective To investigate mastery of AIDS occupational protection knowledge of operating room nursing staff in Shenzhen and analyze related influencing factors.Methods The paper collected mastery of AIDS occupational protection knowledge of 60 operating room nursing staff in Shenzhen from August to October 2020 with questionnaire survey,and analyzed influencing factors.Results 60 nursing staff mastered basic knowledge of AIDS relatively well,52 cases(86.67％)mastered various basic knowledge completely,while level of occupational protection knowledge of AIDS was relatively weak,43 cases(71.66％)mastered various occupational protection knowledge completely.Nursing staff with different educational level,professional title,length of service and occupational exposure had statistically significant difference in mastery of AIDS occupational protection knowledge,(P＜0.05).Multi factor analysis showed,higher educational level,years of service,professional title and occupational exposure were protective factors affecting mastery of AIDS occupational protection knowledge(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff in some areas of Shenzhen have poor mastery of AIDS occupational protection.Education level,years of work experience,professional title and occupational exposure are important factors affecting mastery of AIDS occupational protection knowledge of operating room nurses.It is necessary to strengthen training on occupational protection skills and awareness.
