Research on Health-Related Life Quality of Residents in Huaihua City
Objective To understand health-related life quality of residents in Huaihua City and analyze its influencing factors,to provide support for subsequent health management.Methods The paper evaluated life quality of residents in Huaihua City with European 5-dimensional Health Scale(EQ-5D).Statistical description of the EQ-VAS scores was carried out with independent sample t-test and variance analysis.Influencing factors of the scores were analyzed with multiple linear stepwise regression,test level showed P＜0.05,with statistically significant difference.Results Main health problems of residents in Huaihua City were anxiety/depression,and EQ-VAS scores of surveyed population were(83.18±18.17)points.Multivariate linear regression showed,main factors affecting EQ-VAS scores included chronic disease,education,age,gender and employment status,with statistical difference(P＜0.01).And chronic disease and age was negatively correlated with the scores.Conclusion Health education and promotion should be carried out according to characteristics of life quality of different populations.It is necessary to prevent chronic diseases,strengthen medical safety measures,improve health service policies and life quality of middle-aged and elderly population.
