Comprehensive Analysis of Potential Antithrombotic Biomarkers and Therapeutic Targets of Patients with Atrial Fibrillation After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Objective To explore predictive effect of therapeutic targets for thrombosis formation of patients with atrial fibrillation after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The paper chose 120 patients with atrial fibrillation with PCI treatment in a hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 as study subjects, and divided them into thrombotic group(44 cases)and non thrombotic group(76 cases)based on thrombosis condition within 14 days after surgery.General clinical data were collected and compared between two groups, risk factors affecting thrombosis formation of patients with atrial fibrillation after PCI were analyzed, and clinical predictive effect of key targets was explored. Results Thrombotic group had higher proportion of primary hypertension, higher vWT and D-D levels than non thrombotic group,(P<0.05),with no difference in other data between two groups(P>0.05).Primary hypertension,vWF,and D-D levels are independent risk factors of thrombosis for patients with atrial fibrillation after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion Close monitoring of vWT and D-D levels can provide predictive effect and improve prognosis of thrombosis patients after PCI with primary hypertension history in clinical practice effectively.
