Value Evaluation of Combined Detection of Serum Amylase,CA19-9,CA12-5 and HE4 for Ovarian Serous Adenocarcinoma
Objective To explore value of combined detection of serum amylase,CA19-9,human epididymal protein(HE)4 and carbohydrate antigen CA12-5 for ovarian serous adenocarcinoma. Methods The paper chose 49 patients with ovarian serous adenocarcinoma in our hospital from November 2020 to October 2021 as case group,52 patients with benign ovarian diseases as lesion group, and 63 women with health examinations during the same period as healthy group, all treated with serum amylase,CA19-9,CA12-5,and HE4 detection.Diagnostic value of above tumor markers only or in combination for ovarian serous adenocarcinoma was analyzed. Results Levels of CA12-5,HE4,serum amylase,CA19-9 in case group were higher than in benign lesion group in healthy group. There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Positive rates of CA12-5,HE4 CA19-9 and serum amylase in case group were higher than in benign lesion group,in healthy group,(P<0.05).Combined diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of HE4,CA12-5 and serum amylase and CA19-9 were higher than single detection of CA12-5,including accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, single detection of HE4 single detection of CA19-9 and single detection of serum amylase(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum amylase,CA19-9,CA12-5 and HE4 all express in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, and combined detection can achieve higher diagnostic value than single detection.
