摘要
目的 观察手术导萌联合正畸牵引治疗上颌埋伏阻生牙的临床疗效.方法 将2018年3月-2019年4月在本院治疗的80例(91颗)上颌埋伏阻生牙患者,随机分为观察组(40例47颗)与对照组(40例44颗).其中,对照组患者采用常规手术导萌治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上应用正畸牵引治疗.比较两组患者治疗时间(破龈时间、矫治时间)、手术成功率(一次手术成功率、二次手术率)与治疗期间并发症发生情况.结果 观察组破龈时间、矫治时间、二次手术率、牙列紊乱、牙髓坏死发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患牙一次手术成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 手术导萌联合正畸牵引治疗上颌埋伏阻生牙效果较好,能提升手术成功率并降低并发症发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect of surgical guidance combined with orthodontic traction in treatment of maxillary impacted teeth.Methods The paper chose 80 patients(91 teeth)with maxillary impacted teeth in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019,and divided them into observation group(47 teeth,40 cases)and control group(44 teeth,40 cases)randomly.Control group was treated with routine surgical guidance treatment,and observation group with orthodontic traction treatment on the basis of control group.Treatment time(gingival rupture time,correction time),surgical success rate(first surgery success rate,second surgery rate),and incidence of complications during treatment was compared between two groups.Results Observation group had significantly lower gingival rupture time,correction time,secondary surgery rate,dental disorder,and pulp necrosis incidence than control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Success rate of one surgery for affected teeth in observation group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Surgical guidance combined with orthodontic traction can achieve good effect in treatment of maxillary impacted teeth,can improve success rate of surgery and reduce risks of complications.
