Effect of Dizocine Combined with Dexamethasone on Postoperative Pains of Patients with Hysteroscopic Surgery
Objective To investigate effect of dizocine combined with dexamethasone on postoperative pains for patients with hysteroscopic surgery. Methods The paper chose 90 patients with hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 as research objects, and divided them into traditional group(n=45,treated with intravenous general anesthesia by dezocine)and combination group(n=45,with intravenous general anesthesia by dezocine combined with dexamethasone)according to random number table method.Anesthesia effect, vital signs, visual analogue scale(VAS)of pains and adverse reactions was compared between two groups. Results Recovery time and orientation recovery time of combination group was significantly shorter than traditional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MAP and HR between two groups before anesthesia,(P>0.05).3 minutes after anesthesia,MAP and HR in combination group was significantly higher than traditional group, and MAP and HR in combination group was significantly lower than traditional group during cervical dilation and 10 minutes after drug withdrawal(P<0.05).After operation,VAS scores between two groups decreased, those in combination group were lower than traditional group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was, which was lower than in traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dizocine combined with dexamethasone can achieve reliable effect, rapid awakening, stable hemodynamics, good inhibition of body pain, and fewer adverse reactions for patients with hysteroscopic surgery.
