Objective To study risk factors of pernicious placenta previa(PPP)implantation and outcomes of different types of pregnancy.Methods The paper chose 343 PPP patients in the hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 for study,and divided them into implantation group(95 cases)and non implantation group(248 cases)according condition of placenta implantation,and analyzed difference of clinical data between two groups,determined relationship between PPP implantation and related influencing factors based on multivariate logistic regression analysis.Moreover,PPP patients were divided them into central type,partial type,marginal type and low type according to difference of types,pregnancy outcomes of different types of PPP patients were analyzed.Results Number of patients with＞2 times of birth,anterior wall of placenta,＞2 times of cesarean section and central placenta previa in implantation group was significantly higher than non implantation group(all P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in age,pregnancy times,pregnancy induced hypertension,pregnancy induced diabetes and placenta previa between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Number of births,placental site,type of placenta previa and number of cesarean section are the influencing factors of incidence of PPP implantation,and central PPP has poor pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of clinical attention.
