Objective To explore clinical effect and safety comparison analysis of amiodarone and propafenone in treatment of arrhythmia.Methods The paper chose 94 patients with arrhythmia in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with propafenone,while observation group with amiodarone.Clinical effect,myocardial injury markers,heart function,CRP levels,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Statistical data showed,treatment effective rate in observation group was significantly higher(P＜0.05).After treatment,levels of CK MB,cTnI,and BNP in observation group were lower than control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,LVEF in observation group was significantly higher than control group,while HR,SBP,and CRP was lower than control group(P＜0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone can achieve good clinical effect and safety in treatment of arrhythmia,can improve heart function,reduce myocardial injury,and lower degree of inflammatory response effectively,which has positive clinical significance.
