Curative Effect Observation of Budesonide and Formoterol Powder Inhalation for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To analyze effect of budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The paper chose 84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 42 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment,while observation group with an additional inhaler of budesonide and formoterol powder on the basis of control group.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results After treatment,lung function indicators in observation group were higher than control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group(P＜0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in two groups was relatively low(P≥0.05).Conclusion Budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation can improve lung function and life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease significantly,which is safe and feasible.
