探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果

摘要

目的分析卵巢囊肿实行经肪单孔腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术(SPLS)干预的价值.方法选取2019年5月-2023年5月本院收治的卵巢囊肿患者100例为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.其中,对照组采取多孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术(MPLS)进行治疗,观察组采取SPIS治疗,比较两组手术治疗效果.结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间以及住院时间均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组FSH以及LH水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组术后并发症的发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论在卵巢囊肿实施卵巢囊肿剥除术中,采用经脐单孔腹腔镜,能够有效缩短患者的住院时间,减少并发症,促进患者恢复,改善患者卵巢功能,值得推广.

Abstract

Objective To analyze value of intervention of transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cyst removal.Methods The paper chose 100 patients from May 2019 to May 2023 and randomly divided them into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with MPLS surgery,while observation group with SPIS treatment.Surgical treatment effect was compared.Results Observation group had shorter surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,and hospital stay than control group(P＜0.05).Levels of FSH and LH in observation group were lower than control group(P＜0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Transumbilical single port laparoscopy can effectively shorten length of stay,reduce complications,promote recovery,and improve ovarian function of patients with ovarian cystectomy for ovarian cysts,which is worth promoting.
