Changes and Significance of Serum NT-proBNP,PCT,β2-MG of Patients with Diabetes Nephropathy
Objective To explore changes and significance of serum N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP),procalcitonin(PCT),β2-Microglobulin(β2-MG)of patients with diabetes nephropathy. Methods The paper chose 213 DN patients in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 as DN group, and 100 patients with diabetes and non kidney disease as non DN group, and further divided DN group into phase Ⅰ group(n=102),phase Ⅱ group(n=65),and phase Ⅲ group(n=46)according to disease stage.Renal function indicators of serum creatinine(Scr),urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),and serum NT proBNP,PCT,β 2-MG levels were compared between DN and non DN groups, serum NT proBNP,PCT,β2-MG levels were compared between phase Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ groups.Correlation between β2-MG,Scr and UAER was analyzed with Pearson correlation analysis. Results Scr,UAER and serum NT proBNP,PCT,β2-MG levels in DN group were higher than non DN group(P<0.05).Serum NT proBNP,PCT,β2-MG levels increased sequentially in phase Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ group,(P<0.05),and there was statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed serum NT proBNP,PCT β 2-MG was positively correlated with Scr and UAER(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum NT proBNP,PCT,β2-MG expression is upregulated, whose level is related to severity of the disease.
