Value Analysis of Combined Detection of HPV-DNA and E6/E7mRNA in Cervical Cancer Screening
Objective To explore value of combined detection of HPV-DNA and E6/E7mRNA in cervical cancer screening. Methods The paper chose 1200 suspected early screening patients with cervical lesions in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as research subjects, screened and diagnosed cervical cancer with cervical liquid based cytology(TCT),human papillomavirus(HPV)E6/E7mRNA detection,second-generation hybrid capture assay(HC-2)HPV-DNA detection, and pathological biopsy under colposcopy.Diagnostic value of HPV E6/E7mRNA detection and HPV-DNA detection for early cervical cancer was analyzed. Results Overall positive rate of HPV E6E7 mRNA was 42.33%,quantitative analysis of HPV E6/E7mRNA(logarithmic conversion)averaged(2.25±0.39).Overall HPV-DNA positivity rate was 57.42%,and average HPV-DNA quantitative analysis was(489.53±102.43).Difference in HPV E6/E7mRNA and DNA qualitative and quantitative analysis of patients with different pathological outcomes was statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC results showed area under combined detection curve was 0.801,with Yoden index of 0.618,which was higher than single detection. Conclusion Expression of HPV-DNA and E6/E7mRNA is lower in normal cervical tissue and inflammatory cervical tissue, but significantly higher in CIN tissue.Combined detection of HPV-DNA and E6/E7mRNA has clear value in cervical cancer screening.
