Clinical Effect Analysis of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy in Treatment of T1 Stage Renal Cell Carcinoma
Objective To analyze clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in treatment of T1 stage renal cell carcinoma. Methods The paper chose 86 patients with T1 stage renal cell carcinoma in our hospital from March 2018 to July 2022,and divided them into observation group and control group with random number table method, with 43 cases in each group.Control group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy, while observation group with retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.Perioperative conditions, renal function(BUN,Scr),incidence of complications, and long-term effect(local recurrence, distant metastasis)were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference between two groups in terms of postoperative drainage tube extraction time and postoperative feeding time,(P>0.05).Observation group had longer surgical time and more intraoperative bleeding than control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of surgery,BUN and Scr in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of complications between two groups(P≥0.05).There was no significant difference in local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy can prolong surgical time and increase intraoperative bleeding of T1 stage renal carcinoma patients to a certain extent, but it does not increase risks of surgery, local recurrence and distant metastasis significantly, with low effect on long-term renal function, which is beneficial for improving prognosis.
