Effect and Safety Analysis of Rabeprazole Combined with Trimebutine Maleate in Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
Objective To explore effect and safety of rabeprazole combined with trimebutine maleate in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods The paper chose 86 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 as study subjects by convenience sampling,and divided them into reference group and combination group according to drawing method,with 43 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with rabeprazole only,while combination group with rabeprazole combined with trimebutine maleate.Clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment of rabeprazole combined with trimebutine maleate,clinical effect of combination group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of rabeprazole and trimebutine maleate can improve clinical symptoms of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease more effectively than rabeprazole only,with lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher clinical safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
