复方α-酮酸联合血液透析、血液灌流治疗CRF患者的效果分析

目的 探讨复方α-酮酸联合血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)、血液灌流(hemoperfusion,HP)治疗慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)患者的效果。方法 将本院2018年3月-2020年12月收治的103例CRF患者按照计算机分组法分为对照组(51例)和观察组(52例),对照组给予HD联合HP治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方α-酮酸治疗,观察两组治疗效果及氧化应激反应[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)、丙二醛(MDA)以及超前氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)]。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);观察组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)水平均高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)、超前氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 复方α-酮酸联合HD、HP治疗CRF患者可降低氧化应激水平,提高治疗效果。
Effect Analysis of Compound α-Ketonic Acid Combined with Hemodialysis and Hemoperfusion in Treatment of CRF Patients
Objective Compound formula α-ketonic acid can regulate metabolic disorders of patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)through amino acid conversion,and may alleviate oxidative stress response and improve curative effect on the basis of hemodialysis(HD)and hemoperfusion(HP)treatment.Based on this,the article explored effect of compound α-ketonic acid combined with HD and HP in treatment of CRF patients.Methods The paper divided 103 CRF patients in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2020 into control group of 51 cases with computer grouping method,treated with HD combined with HP treatment,while observation group of 52 cases with compound α-ketone acid therapy on the basis of control group.Curative effect,oxidative stress response superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px),malondialdehyde(MDA),and advanced oxidative protein products(AOPP)were observed between two groups.Results After treatment,total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,and difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH px)in observation group were higher than control group,while levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and advanced oxidative protein products(AOPP)were lower than control group(P<0.05).Difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound α-ketonic acid combined with HD,HP can reduce oxidative stress levels and improve curative effect of CRF patients.
