Application Research of Objective Structured Training Mode in Nursing Practice Teaching of Intensive Care Unit
Objective To explore application research of objective structured training mode in nursing practice teaching of intensive care unit department.Methods The paper chose 60 nursing interns in intensive care unit department of our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group evenly based on different teaching methods,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine teaching,while observation group with objective structured training on the basis.Clinical nursing abilities,core competency self-evaluation satisfaction degree,and critical thinking abilities were observed and compared between two groups before and after teaching.Results After objective structured training,clinical nursing ability scores of observation group nursing students were higher than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of self-evaluation of core abilities of nursing students in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Critical thinking ability scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Objective structured training model can improve clinical nursing ability and critical thinking ability of critical care nursing students during intensive care nursing practice teaching significantly,enhance satisfaction degree of self-evaluation of core abilities with high application value,which is worthy of promotion.
