Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on Wechat Platform on Cancer-Related Fatigue and Self-Care Ability of Early Gastric Cancer Patients after ESD Surgery
Objective To explore effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on cancer related fatigue and self-care ability of early gastric cancer patients after endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Methods The paper chose 80 early gastric cancer patients treated with ESD in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group with random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine discharge guidance,while experimental group with continuous nursing based on on WeChat platform on the basis of reference group.Cancer-related fatigue status,self-care ability,and life quality were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,scores of physical fatigue,cognitive fatigue,and emotional fatigue in experimental group were lower than control group(P＜0.05).Scores of health knowledge,self-concept,sense of responsibility,and self-care skills in experimental group were higher than control group(P＜0.05).Scores of physical function,emotional function,social function,cognitive function,and role function in experimental group were higher than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on WeChat platform can alleviate cancer-related fatigue of early gastric cancer patients after ESD surgery,and improve self-care ability,life quality,and nursing satisfaction degree.
