Effect of Feedback Method Video Education on Self Efficacy and Life Quality of Patients with Indwelling Double J Tubes After Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy
Objective To explore effect of feedback method video education on self efficacy and life quality of patients with indwelling double J tubes after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods The paper chose 78 patients treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022,and divided them into control group and study group with double-blind method,with 39 cases per group.Control group was treated with traditional nursing,while study group with feedback method video education.Cognitive level,self efficacy,life quality,complications,compliance,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,cognitive level,self efficacy and life quality of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was 2.56%,significantly lower than 20.51%in control group,(P<0.05).Treatment compliance in study group was 94.87%,higher than 74.36%in control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree in study group was 97.44%,higher than 76.92%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback method video education can improve cognition,enhance self efficacy,improve life quality,reduce incidence of complications,and increase nursing satisfaction degree of patients with indwelling double J tubes after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.
