Effect of Prenatal Breast Acupoint Massage Combined with Health Education on Postpartum Breastfeeding,Lactation and Breast Tenderness of Primipara after Delivery
Objective To explore effect of prenatal breast acupoint massage combined with health education on breastfeeding,lactation,and breast tenderness of primipara.Methods The paper chose 120 primipara with natural delivery in our hospital from February 2021 to October 2022,and divided them into experimental group and control group randomly,with 60 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with targeted health education,while experimental group with targeted health education combined with prenatal breast acupoint massage.Breastfeeding rate,lactation and breast tenderness was compared between two groups after intervention.Results Total breastfeeding rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).Lactation of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05),degree of breast tenderness in experimental group was significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Prenatal breast acupoint massage combined with health education can promote lactation,increase breastfeeding rate,and reduce incidence of breast tenderness of primipara,which is worthy of promotion.
