Holistic Nursing Research on Uremic Patients with Hemodialysis
Objective To study value of holistic nursing for uremic patients with hemodialysis.Methods The paper chose 50 uremic hemodialysis patients in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 25 cases in each group.Group A was treated with routine nursing,group B with holistic nursing.Depression and anxiety self-assessment scales(SDS,SAS),Phosphorus(P),BUN,Scr,β2-microglobulin(β2-MC),life quality(SF-36),and complications were compared between two groups,nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results:SAS and SDS showed no significant difference between two groups before nursing,(P＞0.05).After nursing,scores of group B were lower than group A(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in P,BUN,Scr,and β2-MC between two groups before nursing,(P＞0.05).After nursing,indicators in group were lower than group A,(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in SF-36 scores between two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).SF-36 scores in two groups after nursing were higher than before,those of group B were higher than group A,(P＜0.05).Incidence of complications in group B was 16.00％,lower than 44.00％in Group A(P＜0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can achieve ideal effect,eliminate negative emotions,enhance blood purification,reduce complications,and improve life quality of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
