Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Self-Care Ability and Psychological State of Breast Cancer Patients with Radical mastectomy
Objective To explore effect of continuous nursing intervention on self-care ability and psychological state of breast cancer patients after radical mastectomy.Methods The paper chose 120 breast cancer patients with radical mastectomy in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022,and divided them into reference group and experimental group randomly,60 cases/group.Reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while experimental group with continuous nursing intervention.Self-care ability,psychological state,treatment compatibility,and nursing satisfaction degree was compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,self-care ability,self-care responsibility,self-concept,and health knowledge scores of experimental group were higher than reference group(P<0.05).SDS scores(35.19±5.74)and SAS scores(35.22±5.81)of experimental group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Treatment compatibility rate of experimental group was 96.67%,higher than 83.33%in reference group,(P<0.05),nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can enhance self-care ability,relieve anxiety and depression,improve treatment compatibility and nursing satisfaction degree,and help recovery ofr breast cancer patients after radical mastectomy.
