Impact of Risk Management Scheme Based on 4R Crisis Management Theory on Hospital Transport Quality and Safety in Emergency Department
Objective To discuss impact of risk management scheme based on 4R crisis management theory on hospital transport quality and safety in emergency department. Methods The paper chose 142 critically ill patients in emergency department of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 as study object,71 cases in the emergency department from June to December 2021 were included in control group, and 71 cases in the emergency department from January to June 2022 in observation group.Control group was treated with usual nursing intervention in our hospital, and observation group with risk management plan based on the 4R crisis management theory based on control group.Impact of two nursing modes on quality and safety of hospital transport in emergency department was analyzed. Results After four-step continuous dynamic assessment of nursing intervention, transport safety and quality was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse events in transport group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),and nursing service satisfaction degree of patients and their families was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management scheme based on 4R crisis management theory can greatly reduce transport time, improve transport success rate, reduce incidence of various adverse events during transfer of patients in emergency department, and improve overall nursing satisfaction degree of patients and their families, which has obvious effect and clinical promotion value.
