Effect of Optimizing Emergency Nursing Process on Rescue Time of Patients with ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Objective To explore effect of optimizing emergency nursing processe on rescue time of patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods The paper chose 124 patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022,and divided them into reference group and observation group randomly, with 62 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with basic emergency nursing process intervention, and observation group with intervention of optimizing emergency nursing process.Rescue time, rescue success rate, recurrence rate, nursing satisfaction degree and recurrence between two groups was compared. Results:ECG monitoring time(4.17±0.75)min,open venous access time(4.61±1.28)min,triage evaluation time(0.47±0.15)min,emergency treatment time(40.26±6.29)min in observation group was shorter than reference group(P<0.05).Rescue success rate in observation group was higher than reference group, and recurrence rate was lower than reference group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was 98.39%,significantly higher than reference group(87.10%,P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing emergency nursing process can shorten rescue time, ensure fast treatment, improve rescue effect, and rescue of lives of patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction to the great extent.
