Investigation on Continuing Nursing Demand of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients and Influencing Factors Analysis
Objective To investigate continuing nursing demand of maintenance hemodialysis patients and analyze related influencing factors.Methods The paper chose 126 maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2021,and carried on investigation with self-designed continuing nursing demand questionnaire.Continuing nursing demand and related influencing factors of maintenance hemodialysis patients were analyzed.Results Observation and maintenance of dialysis pathways,family support,blood pressure monitoring and control is main demand of maintenance hemodialysis patients for continuous nursing.Telephone follow-up,network communication(WeChat QQ,etc.)and outpatient follow-up is main ways to carry on continuous nursing demand of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Dialysis time,educational level and income level were independent influencing factors for continuous nursing demand of patients,(P＜0.05).Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis patients have strong demand for continuing nursing,it is necessary to pay attention to specialized nursing guidance,provide systematic and targeted continuous nursing services,and promote continuous life quality improvement of patients.
