Effect of Standardized Emergency Nursing Process Management on Emergency Efficiency,Neurological Function and Prognosis of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective To explore effect of standardized emergency nursing process management on emergency efficiency, neurological function and prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods The paper chose 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke in emergency department of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 as subjects, those from January 2020 to June 2021 were included in control group and those from July 2021 to January 2023 in observation group.Control group was treated with routine emergency mode, while observation group with standardized emergency nursing process management.Emergency efficiency, neurological function and prognosis between two groups after intervention was observed and compared. Results After intervention, observation group had shorter pre hospital emergency response, pre screening triage, referral, and rescue time than control group(P<0.05).NIHSS stroke scale scores in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications, disability and mortality in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized emergency nursing process management intervention can improve emergency efficiency of acute ischemic stroke patients, reduce neurological damage significantly, and improve prognosis effectively.
