Research on Intervention Effect of Integrated Medical and Nursing Special Management for Coronary Heart Disease with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention and Its Effect on Self-Management Level
Objective To explore intervention effect of integrated medical and nursing special management for coronary heart disease with percutaneous coronary intervention and its effect on self-management level.Methods The paper chose 150 coronary heart disease patients with percutaneous coronary intervention from September 2021 to October 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 75 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with integrated medical and nursing special management.After one week of nursing,health beliefs,self-management levels,and compliance were compared between two groups.Results Self-management level of two groups improved after one week of nursing,observation group had higher scores of disease management,emotional cognitive management and daily life management than control group(P<0.05).After one week of nursing,self-management level of two groups improved,observation group had higher scores of disease management,emotional cognitive management,and daily life management than control group(P<0.05).After one week of intervention,observation group had higher compliance with medication,regular follow-up,dietary control,appropriate exercise,and rehabilitation exercise than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated medical and nursing special management can improve health beliefs and self-management level of coronary heart disease patients with percutaneous coronary intervention,can achieve high compliance,which is worthy of promotion and application.
