Application Value Evaluation of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Concept for Patients with Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy
Objective To evaluate intervention value of accelerating recovery surgical concept for patients with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Methods The paper chose 78 patients with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 as the evaluation subjects,and divided them into experimental group of 39 cases,treated with accelerated rehabilitation surgery,and control group of 39 cases with routine intervention randomly.Intervention effect was evaluated and compared.Results Complications comparison showed,total incidence rate of complications in experimental group was 12.82％,better than 35.90％in control group,with P＜0.05.Experimental group had better postoperative recovery(first defecation,first anal discharge,first ambulation,first drinking water,removal of catheters,removal of drainage tubes,and length of hospital stay)than control group,with P＜0.05.Experimental group had better life quality than control group,with P＜0.05.Conclusion Accelerating recovery surgical concept can achieve high application value,reduce complications,promote recovery,and improve life quality of patients during laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,which is worthy of promotion.
