Objective To observe effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on self-care ability and life quality of patients with cervical cancer radical surgery.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with cervical cancer with radical surgery in our hospital from April 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine continuous nursing,while experimental group with continuous nursing based on WeChat platform.Self-care ability,life quality,psychological status,nursing satisfaction degree and complications was compared between two groups.Results After nursing,self-care ability scores of experimental group were higher than control group(P＜0.05),life quality scores of experimental group were higher than control group(P＜0.05).SAS(24.35±1.52)and SDS(24.74±1.82)scores of experimental group were lower than control group(P＜0.05),incidence of complications in experimental group was 3.33％,lower than control group(20.00％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing based on WeChat platform can significantly improve self-care ability,life quality,correct negative attitude timely,increase nursing satisfaction degree of cervical cancer radical surgery patients,which has low incidence of complications.
