Application of Multidisciplinary Management Model for Patients with Hypothyroidism During Pregnancy
Objective To explore effect of multidisciplinary management model for patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy. Methods The paper chose pregnant hypothyroidism patients treated in our hospital from June 2019 to August 2022 as study subjects, and divided them into two groups with random number table method based on inclusion criteria.Control group of 500 cases was treated with routine outpatient treatment, while experimental group of 500 cases with multidisciplinary management mode.Disease awareness, thyroid hormone dosage, time to reach thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)target, prenatal adverse emotions, and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between two groups. Results Control group had lower disease awareness than experimental group(P<0.05).Dosage of thyroid hormone in experimental group was lower than control group, time to reach standard of thyroid stimulating hormone was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of negative emotions in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Multidisciplinary management model has significant effect and good clinical application value for patients with gestational hypothyroidism.
