Clinical Application Value Exploration of High Field Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology in Treatment of Uterine Fibroids with Haifu Knife Surgery
Objective To study and analyze clinical application value of high field magnetic resonance imaging technology in treatment of uterine fibroids with Haifu knife surgery.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with uterine fibroids with Haifu knife surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into observation group and control group with random number table method.Control group was treated with contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination,while observation group with high field magnetic resonance imaging technology examination.Various indicators were compared between two methods.Results Number of fibroid lesions and volume of fibroids(cm 3)in observation group were higher than control group.Excellent rate of image quality in observation group was 92%,that in control group was 68%.Diagnostic accuracy of observation group was as high as 96%,that of control group was only 84%.Satisfaction degree in observation group was 100%,that in control group was 84%.Difference between groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion High field magnetic resonance imaging technology has advantages of good image clarity and high accuracy,which is worthy of promotion in hospitals.
