Effect Analysis of MRI and CT in Diagnosing Acute Craniocerebral Injury
Objective To analyze specific clinical outcomes of MRI and CT diagnosis for patients with acute craniocerebral injury. Methods The paper chose 80 suspected patients with acute craniocerebral injury in our hospital from July 2021 to October 2022,treated with MRI and CT examinations with gold standard of surgical pathological diagnosis results.Detection results between two examination methods were compared. Results Gold standard detection rate,MRI detection rate,CT detection rate was 87.50%(70/80),85.00%(68/80),and 75.00%(60/80)respectively.Accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of MRI examination were higher than CT examination(P<0.05).Detection rate of MRI examination at different injury sites was higher than CT examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Both MRI and CT examinations can play a positive role in clinical diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury, and the former has better diagnostic effect, which is worthy of promotion.
