Diagnostic Effect of Ultrasound Examination Evaluation of Axillary Lymph Node Metastasis of Breast Cancer
Objective To study diagnostic effect of ultrasound examination in axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The paper chose 102 breast cancer patients with radical surgery in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2021.Before surgery, patients were examined by axillary ultrasound and breast ultrasound. After surgery, results of ultrasound and pathology were compared to determine accuracy and diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasound evaluation. Results Ultrasound examination showed, patients with axillary lymph node metastasis had significantly higher borderline ambiguity, length to diameter ratio of lymph nodes, and cortical thickening degree compared with those without axillary lymph node metastasis, difference was statistically significant between the groups,(P<0.05).Numbers of axillary lymph nodes and blood flow performance were higher than control group, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with pathological detection, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of ultrasonography for axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer was 79.59%,69.81%,accuracy was 74.51%,sensitivity of ultrasonography was 70.91%,and specificity of ultrasonography was 78.23%,which had good diagnostic value. Conclusion ultrasound examination can achieve good effect in diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer with high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, can provide effective help for surgery and follow-up treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
