摘要
本文介绍了集束化护理的概念以及方案的构建要点,主要从构建支持系统、实施方案(饮食护理、口腔护理、康复功能锻炼、心理护理、社会支持)、应用效果三个方面综述了集束化护理干预在脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者中的临床应用效果,旨在为研究者构建脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者的集束化护理方案提供思路,提高脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者的生活质量.
Abstract
The paper introduces concept of bundles of care and key points of plan construction,summarizes clinical application of bundles of care intervention for stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction from three aspects:building a support system,implementing the plan(dietary care,oral care,rehabilitation exercise,psychological care,social support)and application effect,to provide ideas for researchers to construct bundles of care plan for stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction,and improve their life quality.
