Effect of Clearing Heat,Dispelling Dampness and Promoting Stagnation Decoction Combined with Laparoscopic Appendectomy on Gastrointestinal Function of Damp Heat Stasis Type Patients
Objective To study effect of clearing heat,dispelling dampness and promoting stagnation decoction combined with laparoscopic appendectomy for damp heat stasis type patients.Methods The paper chose 150 patients with acute appendicitis of damp heat stasis type from January 2021 to June 2023 as samples,and divided them into control group and experimental group according to coin toss method,with 75 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment,while experimental group with clearing heat,dispelling dampness and promoting stagnation decoction on the basis of control group.TCM syndrome scores and gastrointestinal function related indicators were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of experimental group were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Experimental group had shorter postoperative exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time than control group,difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Gastrointestinal dysfunction in experimental group was less than control group,difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of clearing heat,dispelling dampness and promoting stagnation decoction and laparoscopic appendectomy can promote recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients with damp heat stasis type,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
