Effect Analysis of Negative Pressure Sealing Drainage Surgery on Burn Plastic Surgery Patients
Objective To explore effect of negative pressure sealing drainage surgery for burn plastic surgery patients,and provide reference experience for clinical treatment of injured patients.Methods The paper chose 60 cases of burn and plastic surgery patients in our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 as research objects,and divided them into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,30 cases in control group and 30 cases in experimental group.Control group was treated with routine burn treatment,while experimental group with negative pressure sealing drainage surgery.After treatment,indicators of research and experiment were recorded and analyzed.Survival rate of skin grafting,pain scores,skin grafting time,and treatment costs between two groups were compared.Satisfaction degree after treatment was compared between two groups.Results After different treatment of 60 patients,data during and after treatment were recorded,processed and analyzed.Survival rate of skin grafting in experimental group was higher than control group(P＜0.05),Pain rating of experimental group was lower than control group(P＜0.05),skin grafting time of experimental group was lower than control group(P＜0.05),local cost of treatment in experimental group was higher than control group(P＜0.05).Satisfaction degree of experimental group after treatment was higher than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure sealing drainage surgery can achieve high treatment satisfaction degree and better treatment effect for patients with burn syndrome,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice of burn plastic surgery patients.
