Clinical Analysis of Azithromycin Dry Suspension Combined with Budesonide Nebulized Inhalation for Mycoplasma Pneumonia Infectious Cough of Children
Objective To explore effect of azithromycin dry suspension combined with budesonide nebulized inhalation in treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infectious cough of children. Methods The paper collected 62 children with mycoplasma pneumonia induced cough in our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023,and divided them into control group of 31 cases and observation group of 31 cases randomly.Control group was treated with azithromycin dry suspension based on routine treatment, while observation group with combined budesonide based on control group.Curative effect was compared between two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-4,and IL-8 between two groups before treatment,(P>0.05).After treatment, all indicators improved, levels of above inflammatory factors in observation group were better than control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Treatment effective rate in observation group was higher, difference was statistically significant in treatment effect rate between observation group and control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of azithromycin dry suspension and budesonide nebulization can reduce inflammatory markers of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia induced cough significantly, which is worthy of great promotion and application.
