Application Research of Hemodialysis in Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure Combined with Acute Heart Failure
Objective:To study the application effect of hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure combined with acute heart failure.Method:58 patients who received treatment in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were included in the experiment as samples for the observation study. They were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group, each containing 29 patients. They were given hemodialysis treatment and conventional internal medicine treatment, respectively.Compare the cardiac function, renal function, treatment effectiveness, and incidence of complications between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Result:After treatment, the LEVF(41.22±3.57)%of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the NT proBNP(351.46±57.93)pg/ml was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SCr(634.25±20.38)μmol/L and BUN(16.73±5.84)mmol/L of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effectiveness of the experimental group patients was 96.55%higher than that of the control group 72.41%(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.45%lower than that in the control group, which was 27.59%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis treatment for chronic renal failure combined with acute heart failure can quickly improve the patient's heart and kidney function, enhance treatment effectiveness, reduce complications, and improve the patient's quality of life.
