Clinical Study of Retinal Photocoagulation and Intravitreal Injection of Conbercept for Diabetes Retinopathy
Objective:To observe the efficacy of panretinal photocoagulation(PRP)and Compacercept intravitreal injection in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:the study time is set in May 2019 to May 2021,location in Linyi city central hospital, the study object for our hospital 100 patients with diabetic retinopathy, patients receive PRP treatment, according to random table is divided into test group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases),the control group of patients only receive whole retinal photocoagulation(PRP)treatment, the test group again on the basis of whole retinal photocoagulation(PRP)injection.Data were compared for intraocular pressure, best corrected visual acuity, and macular foveal thickness before and after treatment and one month after treatment. Results:At 1 month after treatment, the corrected visual acuity was significantly better than the control group(P<0.001);the foveal thickness of the eyes and the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,not(P>0.05).Conclusion Conbercept intravitreal injection combined with panretinal photocoagulation can improve vision, slow down development of retinal lesions of patients, with better short-term effect than panretinal photocoagulation only, which has great clinical application prospects.
