Effect Analysis of Irbesartan Combined with Nifedipine Controlled-Release Tablets in Treatment of Community Hypertension
Objective To explore the efficacy of irbesartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of community hypertension.Methods:The study time was controlled from January 2021 to October 2022.A total of 98 community patients with hypertension went to our center for treatment,and the group was completed by randomization envelope grouping method.The control group and the experimental group had 49 people in each group,among which the control group took nifedipine controlled release tablet monotherapy,and the control group was treated with irbesartan on the basis of the experimental group.Blood pressure status,heart rate,quality of life,vascular endothelial growth factor,serum homocysteine,treatment efficacy,and incidence of adverse effects were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,systolic blood pressure(118.94±5.38)mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(85.16±2.41)mmHg in experimental group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).Heart rate in experimental group(70.50±7.43)beats/min was lower than control group,and life quality scores(45.72±4.95)were higher than control group,(P＜0.05).Levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(90.17±6.25)pg/mL and serum homocysteine(12.03±1.31)p mol/L in experimental group were lower than control group,(P＜0.05).Total clinical effective rate of 97.96％in experimental group was higher than 81.63％in control group(P＜0.05),There was no significant difference in the odds of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets were applied in the treatment of community hypertension patients,with significant blood pressure control effect,stabilize the heart rate,improve the quality of life,enhance the therapeutic efficacy,and high safety.
