The Effect of Stapler Hemorrhoidectomy Combined with Sphincter Folding in the Treatment of Mild Rectal Prolapse
Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopy in patients with mild prolapse. Methods 50 cases of mild rectal prolapse admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021,25 cases were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases of control group,25 cases of annotomy and 25 cases of observation group.Comparative analysis of the two groups:total response rate, exhaust time, wound healing time, recovery time, defecation time, operation time, hospital stay, bleeding amount and incidence of complications for rectal prolapse. Results The total response rate of the patients with rectal prolapse in the observation group was up to 96.0%,which was significantly better than 76.0%of the control patients with rectal prolapse(P<0.05).The postoperative exhaust time, wound healing time and defecation time were better in the observation group than those in the control group;the operation time and hospital time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the blood volume in the observation group was smaller(P<0.05);the incidence of clinical adverse reactions in patients with rectal prolapse was 4.0%,that of rectal prolapse in the control group was 24.0%,and the incidence of rectal prolapse in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with mild anal canal prolapse anal endoscopic resection, satisfactory effect,in addition to make patients in more rapid postoperative rehabilitation, prompting rectal prolapse condition to better rehabilitation, but also can reduce the operation caused by anal bleeding, anal stenosis, anal swelling, urethra injury complications,so the operation is a kind of safety and effectiveness are relatively high operation type, vigorously promoted in patients with rectal prolapse.
