Effect of Predictive Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Complications of Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and complications of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery. Methods 90 patients who received gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:reference group and experimental group, with 45 cases each. The patients in the reference group took routine nursing, and the patients in the experimental group took predictive nursing based on routine nursing.Postoperative recovery, incision healing, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative recovery of patients in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05),the incision healing rate of patients in the experimental group was 97.78%higher than that in the reference group(82.22%,P<0.05),and the complication rate of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of predictive nursing for patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery is better, which can improve the general condition of patients and reduce the risk of complications.
