Clinical Effect of Amlodipine Besylate Combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets for Hypertension Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To investigate clinical effect of amlodipine besylate combined with enalapril maleate tablets in treatment of hypertension patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The paper chose 160 hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes from January 2021 to January 2022,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly, with 80 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with intervention of amlodipine besylate combined with enalapril maleate tablets, while control group with intervention of enalapril maleate tablets. After treatment, blood pressure control, changes in relevant biochemical indicators, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results After different intervention methods, blood pressure indicators decreased in two groups(P<0.05).Further comparison showed, two indicators of control group were higher than observation group after treatment,(P<0.05).Overall effective rate of antihypertensive effect in observation group was 91.25%,higher than 67.50%in control group,(P<0.05).After treatment, three indicators of β2-MG,Scr,and BUN decreased in two groups,(P<0.05).After treatment,β2-MG levels in observation group were lower than control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in Scr and BUN levels,(P>0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions was 6.25%in control group and 5.00%in observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine besylate combined with enalapril maleate tablets can achieve significant effect on controlling blood pressure, with protective effect on renal function. In terms of safety, the treatment scheme may not increase risks of muscle adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
