Risk Factors Analysis and Intervention Strategies for Early Postoperative Complications of Patients with Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumors
Objective To investigate current status of early postoperative complications of patients with transurethral resection of bladder tumors, analyze independent risk factors, and propose corresponding intervention strategies. Methods The paper chose 76 patients with transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT)in our hospital from December 2020 to January 2021 by convenience sampling method as study subjects, collected general data, clinical data and early postoperative complications of patients by questionnaire survey, identified risk factors of early postoperative complications of bladder cancer patients based on single factor analysis and multi factor analysis, and formulated corresponding nursing countermeasures. Results There were 37 cases of early postoperative complications among 76 TURBT patients, accounting for 48.68%.Multivariate analysis showed, age,ASA grade, total blood transfusion volume, and postoperative hospital stay were independent risk factors for early postoperative complications of TURBT patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Incidence of early postoperative complications of TURBT patients is 48.68%,which is closely related to factors of age,ASA grade, total blood transfusion volume and postoperative hospital stay.
