Effect Value of Psychological Intervention on Negative Emotions and Prognosis of Patients After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Objective To explore effect of psychological intervention on negative emotions and prognosis of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods A total of 80 patients from Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Central Hospital were selected as the study samples from October 2021 to December 2022.All patients were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention after enrollment.By drawing lots,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with a total of 40 samples in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received psychological intervention.The physiological stress index,psychological stress index and good rate of self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before entering the operating room and one day after operation,the indexes of the control group and the study group were significantly different.The results showed that the scores of anxiety(SAS),self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and other indexes of the latter group were lower(P<0.05).Two months after surgery,the quality of life index analysis of the two groups showed that compared with the control group,the study group was higher(P<0.05),and the difference between groups was significant.Conclusion Psychological intervention can prevent stress reactions and improve life quality of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention.
