Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Nursing Combined with Mindfulness Stimulation Nursing on Psychological Status and Daily Living Ability of Patients with Craniocerebral Injury
Objective To explore effect of cognitive behavioral nursing combined with mindfulness stimulation nursing on psychological state and daily living ability of patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods 110 patients with traumatic brain injury who received treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as observation subjects in the experiment.The grouping method was random number table method,and the group names were reference group and observation group.The number of cases in the group sample was 55.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received cognitive behavioral nursing combined with mindfulness stimulation nursing intervention.Compare the psychological status and daily living abilities of two groups before and after intervention.Result:The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group after intervention were(38.41±4.55)points and(41.06±6.23)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel index scores(85.28±8.13),FMA scores(84.33±10.01),and SF-36 scores(82.52±12.56)of observation group were higher than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral nursing combined with mindfulness stimulation nursing can improve psychological state,promote recovery of daily living abilities of patients with craniocerebral injury effectively.
