Clinical Effect Observation on Multidisciplinary Collaborative Pain Management for Postoperative Patients with Long Bone Fracture of Extremities
Objective To observe effect of multidisciplinary collaborative pain management(pMDT)model on postoperative patients with long bone fracture of extremities. Methods 65 patients with limb long bone fracture who were treated in the eighth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat sen University from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by red and blue envelope method, the reference group(routine nursing,n=32)and the analysis group(pmdt mode nursing,n=33);The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]scores at 1D,2D and 3D after operation were compared between the two groups; The coping styles of the two groups before and 1 week after the intervention were compared using the simple coping questionnaire(SCSQ);The satisfaction with pain control[Houston Pain Inventory(hpoi)]was compared after one week of intervention. Results compared with the reference group, the hospitalization time, wound healing time and ambulation time in the analysis group were significantly shorter, and the VAS scores at 1D,2D and 3D after operation were significantly lower; After one week of intervention, the VAS score and SCSQ negative coping score of the analysis group were lower; The satisfaction of pain control was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion pMDT model can alleviate postoperative pains, improve coping strategies, promote postoperative recovery, and increase nursing satisfaction degree of long bone fracture of extremities, which has high clinical application value.
