Effect of Continuous Stage Nursing Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing on Anxiety,Depression,and Milk Secretion of Cesarean Section Puerperants
Objective To analyze the effects of continuous nursing on anxiety,depression and milk secretion in cesarean section.Methods 84 women hospitalized in obstetrics and gynecology from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into two groups and 42 in the control group.The experimental group used the continuous stage nursing combined with the TCM sentiment nursing method,and the control group used the routine nursing method.The two groups of maternal postoperative milk secretion and maternal anxiety and depression at different times after surgery were compared.Results The rate of postoperative lactation was 95.24%higher than 78.57%(P<0.05);the milk adequacy rate of pregnant women was higher than the control group,and the incidence of postoperative breast pain was significantly reduced(P<0.05).After two months,the SDS and SAS scores in the experimental group decreased significantly(P<00 5).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with emotional intervention can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of cesarean section,which is conducive to the occurrence of postpartum lactation.
