Effect of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Nursing on Pulmonary Function and Life Quality of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Stable Stage
Objective To analyze the influence mechanism of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing support on lung function and quality of life in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 82 elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected.The control group(routine nursing,n=41)and the study group(pulmonary rehabilitation nursing,n=41)were divided into two groups by red and blue envelope method.The lung function index,symptom score,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results after nursing,the indexes of FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P＜0.05),the scores of cough,wheezing,dyspnea and quality of life in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05),the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.56％higher than 78.05％in the reference group(P＜0.05),and the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.44％lower than 19.51％in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion the application of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with stable obstructive pulmonary disease can improve their lung function,relieve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and reduce complications.
